Return Policy:

We warranty our products to be free of defects. Unfortunately, damage happens during shipping. Occasionally, our freezer tubes can fail if they are transported by the shipping vendor via air and there is an altitude/pressurization issue. Should there be a problem, please email a picture of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and a description of the problem. Kool Tubes are a semi-disposable item that is only available for replacement if it has failed during shipping and we are notified within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns of KoolCollars or KoolTubes without prior authorization.
